2. TAKE A TRIP TO YOUR LOCAL GROCERY STORE
For some people eating wholesome foods on a regular basis is natural, like in Yuzurihara, Japan. This small village located 2 hours outside of Tokyo is referred to as “the village of long life” for its high life expectancy – many of its residents live into their 90s and even continue to work on farms in their 80s, thanks to their active lifestyles and healthy diet.
